This is a rare opportunity shape the strategy, storytelling, and creative output for one of the fastest-growing LinkedIn agencies in B2B.
As a Content Director, you will lead a group of Content Strategists, designers, and editors, work directly with founders and executives to shape the content direction for your own roster of B2B clients. You will influence how your team operates while contributing to the agency’s broader content systems, creative standards, and strategic frameworks.
If you love leading client interviews, developing talent, building systems, and driving high-level content strategy, this role sits at the center of everything we do.
What You’ll Be Doing Client Strategy and Insight Extraction
Lead content interviews with founders and executives
Translate insights into strategic content plans, messaging frameworks, and narrative directions
Own the long‑term content roadmap for your client group
Ensure clients feel understood, supported, and consistently impressed
Team Leadership and Creative Direction
Lead a small team of Content Strategists, designers, and creative contributors
Coach Strategists on writing, ideation, frameworks, and client communication
Oversee visual and editorial quality across every asset your team produces
Review and approve high‑impact content before it goes live
Foster a culture of clarity, excellence, and thoughtful creative thinking
Systems and Process Ownership
Apply and evolve Content Path’s content frameworks and operational systems
Build efficient workflows for your team across production, reviews, and approvals
Implement consistent communication, creative feedback loops, and delivery standards
Collaborate with other Content Directors to keep agency‑wide quality high
Performance and Innovation
Analyze performance and identify strategic opportunities for improvement
Stay current with LinkedIn trends, content innovation, and algorithm shifts
Experiment with new formats, visual styles, and storytelling techniques
Use AI tools where they improve quality, speed, or clarity
This is both a strategic and hands‑on leadership role. You’ll shape thinking, creativity, and execution for every client you lead.
You have 5 or more years of content strategy, editorial, or B2B copywriting experience
You’ve led teams or managed creatives and know how to raise quality
You understand LinkedIn, personal branding, and thought leadership at a deep level
You have built (or helped build) a personal brand
You’re excellent at interviewing and extracting compelling insights
You think in frameworks and systems, not just individual posts
You have strong creative judgment and an appreciation for high‑quality visuals
You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑growth environment
Have journalism, podcasting, or interviewing experience
Have directed designers or video editors in past roles
Use AI meaningfully in your creative workflow
Are already posting consistently on LinkedIn
