We are seeking a
Senior UX Designer
to join our London office in a hybrid role.
You will translate high-level concepts and user requirements into structured, intuitive and scalable design solutions. Working alongside an Experience & Design Strategist and a UX Consultant, you will drive the design direction, ensure consistency across the product and help shape a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
Translate user requirements and concepts into wireframes, interactive prototypes and polished product interfaces
Define and maintain the design vision across all product areas
Build, evolve and manage the product’s design system in close collaboration with product and engineering leadership
Provide guidance and design reviews for the second UX Designer; establish best practices and workflows
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects and the UX Consultant
Use modern design tools and AI-assisted workflows (Figma AI features, plugins, automation etc.) to accelerate delivery
Participate in shaping user flows and improving UX at a strategic level
Requirements
At least 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design for complex digital products, ideally in an agency environment
Proven experience in leading design domains or mentoring other designers
Strong command of UX principles, interaction patterns, usability and accessibility best practices
Advanced proficiency with Figma
Experience building or scaling design systems
Excellent communication skills; ability to clearly articulate reasoning and defend design decisions
Familiarity with modern AI-powered design tools is a strong plus
