The Opportunity
We’re seeking a driven, confident, and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our UK sales team. This is a pivotal role focused on reviving dormant accounts, prospecting new business, and strengthening relationships within the distribution channel.
You’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, working closely with field sales, marketing, and technical teams to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and convert interest into revenue. Key Responsibilities
Re‑engage dormant and lapsed accounts through strategic outreach and relationship‑building
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow‑up
Develop and nurture relationships with distribution partners, resellers, and channel stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and drive lead generation
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates and forecasts
Stay informed on product developments, competitor activity, and market trends
Support the wider sales team with account intelligence and pre‑sales coordination
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in inside sales, ideally within IT, networking, or technology distribution
Strong understanding of channel sales models and distribution ecosystems
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
A proactive, energetic approach to sales with a natural ability to build rapport
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections with confidence
Highly organised, self‑motivated, and target‑driven
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools
A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn and grow
