hybrid (home-based & working at the Kerv Digital office/customer site visits as required) UK HQ, Seven House, 18 High Street, Longbridge, B31 2UQ
We’re a technology innovation partner that transforms complex challenges into seamless digital experiences using Power Platform, DevSecOps, Data experiences, and Software Engineering. We operate globally from Birmingham, London to Bangalore as part of the Kerv Group, a £112m revenue consultancy with over 700 professionals tackling 800+ sector leaders.
We’re looking for a passionate evangelistic persuasive storyteller who can demystify Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to bring it to life for prospects and clients.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with our sales teams, including across the Kerv group, to identify and qualify business opportunities.
Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of the Power Platform to customers, creating tailored demos that solve their challenges and deliver measurable benefits.
Provide trusted technical guidance and support to customers during the pre‑sales process.
Help respond to, and shape, proposals including technical, commercial and licensing aspects.
Work with customers to understand their business requirements and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within customer organisations.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform space.
Work with the product team to provide feedback on product features and functionality, identifying recurring requirements to be turned into future products.
Participate in internal and external industry events and conferences to promote the Power Platform and build relationships with customers.
Required Attributes

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Escalation handler capable of achieving win‑win outcomes across the team.
Ability to work flexibly and deliver on‑time to tight time‑scales.
