Summary We are looking for a motivated field sales representative in Guildford to sell Virgin Media O2 services door‑to‑door. You will turn conversations into customers and manage your own patch like a business.
Compensation £25,000 base salary + uncapped commission (top earners make £50k–£70k).
Responsibilities
Knock on doors and convert conversations into customers.
Identify customer needs and demonstrate how Virgin Media O2 can add value.
Follow up on leads and treat your sales patch as a private business unit.
Maintain accurate sales records and progress reports.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to work 12–8pm shifts.
Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people.
Resilient, motivated, target‑driven with a positive can‑do attitude.
