The Role As an SDR, you will support the Benelux and Nordic regions by converting inbound leads into qualified sales meetings and opportunities that drive business growth. Your responsibilities include uncovering, sourcing, educating, nurturing, and developing sales leads into qualified meetings, working closely with Marketing and Sales across EMEA.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Research and identify potential clients and key decision makers to develop targeted prospect lists
Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and leveraging LinkedIn to generate new business leads
Utilize lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and ZoomInfo
Act as a collaborative strategic partner to Account Executives and Marketing
Exceed specific daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline metrics to help achieve sales goals

Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
Ability to understand customer requirements and identify business challenges that Genetec can solve
Proactive and timely problem solver

Adaptable, professional, courteous, and motivated with a strong work ethic
Technical Expertise
Full professional Dutch level
Experience in sales or lead generation role
Inbound prospecting experience required; outbound prospecting considered an asset
Proven track record of success in a metrics‑driven environment
Full professional English level

Additional language from a Nordic country (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish)
