Your opportunity Advertising and social media coordinator with paid media experience and strong project management skills.
This role supports both advertising campaigns and social media initiatives to ensure cohesive brand presence across channels.
Project Management for Paid Media Campaigns
Track a large number of campaigns and campaign assets across regions
Manage go‑to‑market details for regional paid media campaigns, including spreadsheet tracking, real‑time updates, and facilitating communication between agencies
Assist with tracking and updating digital ads, redirect links, and social media ad placements
Maintain ownership of changes and ensure alignment across internal teams and external partners
Social Media Support
Collaborate with the social media team to create, schedule, and publish content across company social channels
Coordinate paid social campaigns in partnership with media agencies, ensuring alignment with broader advertising strategies
Monitor social media performance metrics and integrate insights into overall campaign reporting
Ensure social content adheres to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and regional requirements
Reporting and Analytics
Share advertising and social media performance insights against established KPIs using Google Analytics, benchmarking data, and agency tools/reports
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and present campaign and social performance updates to internal teams
Budget and Compliance
Assist with budget tracking spreadsheets in cooperation with media buying/planning agencies, internal finance teams, and stakeholders
Review all public‑facing material—including social posts—for compliance, product accuracy, editorial standards, and brand alignment
Work closely with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure all advertising and social media content is approved by audience, channel, and region
Cross‑Team Collaboration
Partner with global teams including creative, digital, product, and translation teams to ensure timely delivery of advertising and social media assets
Maintain clear communication to foster strong partnerships with stakeholders and agencies
Other Requirements
Ability to multi‑task and adapt to quick changes in an evolving publisher and social media landscape
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Perform other duties as assigned

Must have skills
Experience in marketing and communications (business‑to‑business preferred)
Marketing project management experience required
Must be fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Paid media experience required, either client or agency side
Strong interpersonal skills to build productive partnerships with multiple internal clients and agency partners
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Nice to have skills
Comfort presenting to large groups a plus
Financial industry experience preferred, but not required
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes in a highly regulated environment (with training)
Subject‑matter confidence to clearly communicate across multiple teams
