What You’ll Be Doing
Own the full design lifecycle – from research and concept to prototyping and polished delivery
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define customer problems and business opportunities
Conduct user research and guerrilla testing to uncover insights and validate direction
Design intuitive, elegant user experiences, mapped through wireframes, storyboards, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
Collaborate in design critiques and reviews to continuously raise the quality bar
Use data and product metrics to iteratively improve product performance after release
Ship features used by millions of users across global markets
What You’ll Bring
5+ years product design experience building complex, customer-facing digital products
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking
Experience designing across mobile (iOS/Android) and web
Expert in Figma and modern design systems
Strong visual design sensibility – layout, typography, hierarchy
Deep understanding of UX, interaction design, and human behaviour
Ability to think strategically and back decisions with user and business reasoning
Collaborative mindset but comfortable operating autonomously in an agile team
You enjoy problem solving and challenging assumptions
