Digital Marketing Specialist – Where Innovation Meets Impact At
Ascom , we’re on a mission to empower healthcare and enterprise environments with cutting-edge communication and workflow solutions. Our technology connects people, systems, and devices — and now we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Global team.
Purpose As a member of our Global Content team, you’ll be supporting our business and our global and regional teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction through managing Ascom’s online presence.
The impact is both operational and tactical. The role contributes to the execution of the global marketing communications strategy. It requires interaction across regions and functions, as well as management of external agencies such as web development, SEO, analytics, and UX.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement Ascom’s global website marketing strategy
Develop, execute, and analyze digital marketing initiatives ensuring alignment with global strategy and growth initiatives
Work with content and segment teams to integrate digital channels into every campaign
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across different channels, including SEO and PPC
Oversee the development of our website as the hub of our digital content
Monitor and analyze campaign/website performance using tools such as Piwik, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Search to continually improve outcomes through ROI analysis, and adjust strategies based on data insights
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies, improve ROI, and keep Ascom ahead of competitors
Knowledge & Experience
Degree in Digital Marketing, preferably a bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, ideally within Healthcare
Proven track record of digital strategy, execution of plans and projects
Experience working in an international environment and in globally dispersed teams
