Social Media Manager (Part-Time) This role offers an opportunity to manage and grow the social media presence for a private educational psychology practice. The position is ideal for a motivated freelancer with a passion for digital marketing and an understanding of the education and psychology sectors. The successful candidate will work remotely on a part-time, contract basis, focusing on building engagement and increasing visibility for the practice’s services and expertise.
Deliverables
Develop and implement a content calendar tailored to the educational psychology field
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across relevant social media platforms
Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and recommend improvements
Collaborate with the practice owner to align content with professional goals and values
Stay updated on trends in educational psychology and social media best practices
Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts, preferably in education, psychology, or related sectors
Strong written communication skills and ability to create compelling, audience-appropriate content
Proficiency with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret dataSelf‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently on a remote, part‑time basis
Availability to commit to a contract‑based arrangement
Knowledge of educational psychology topics is a plus
