£40,000 + discretionary bonus Position:
Digital Performance Manager – working closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional event teams Hybrid set up:
2–3 days in the office, remainder working from home Benefits:

Drive performance across PPC, SEO, websites, landing pages and digital campaigns Optimise UX, website quality and CMS performance across multiple sites Analyse performance using GA4, SEMRush and ad platforms to deliver insight Manage digital projects, testing, optimisation and continuous improvement Support and mentor junior team members What background and experience are the company looking for?
2–3 years’ experience as a Digital Performance Manager or similar digital marketing role Graduate or graduate calibre, essential Strong PPC, SEO and website optimisation experience Confident using GA4, SEMRush and paid media platforms WordPress CMS experience (Elementor and ACF preferred) Analytical, proactive and highly organised Apply online asap for this position, if your experience aligns and sounds like you!
