I am looking for a Sales Support Executive to join my client's team to act as a trusted partner to support our Global Sales team. You will collaborate closely with Sales / Account Managers to enable and facilitate accurate contracts and orders with customers. You will also support the Sales team with Customer Requests, Quality Complaints, Inventory Management, Logistics, etc. You will collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics teams. You'll proactively oversee the lifecycle of existing and new orders and keep our customers informed the current status. Daily use of CRM systems to ensure information is accurately recorded and shared with all external and internal stakeholders. Skills Required
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with remotely distributed colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills. Whether you're a recent graduate ready to learn and grow, or an experienced professional looking to expand your skills in a global environment.
