Responsibilities
Understand government content guidelines (e.g., GOV.UK) and create accessible writing.
Use Design Systems such as Storybook and Figma to build consistent prototypes and visual designs.
Work with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS.
Translate complex financial or investment information into clear plain English.
Create microcopy, conversational interfaces, product marketing materials, and instructional content in an adaptable tone.
Assist in research & discovery: research plans, discussion guides, prototypes, insights synthesis.
Own design production and sign‑off process, collaborating with product, marketing, dev, compliance.
Engage with product managers, marketers, UX designers, developers, and subject‑matter experts across legal, compliance, strategy, and customer services.
Apply UX principles, Double Diamond process, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Produce designs in Figma, the primary design tool.
Requirements
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Adapt collaboration methods to project type and team dynamics.
Work autonomously, setting priorities and driving work forward.
Be proactive and accountable, continuously improving processes.
Stay curious, seeking understanding of products and operations.
