Main responsibilities
Deliver on‑time high quality and competitive quotes to customers.
Project manage the end‑to‑end process for major bids.
Increase our win rate with effective follow‑ups and analysis to boost our competitiveness.
Lead and develop the inside sales team to provide excellent customer service and profitable growth with long‑tail customers as well as supporting the Business Development team with strategic customers.
Grow our daily bookings through inside sales channels.
Pro‑actively lead and support problem‑solving efforts with stakeholders to resolve customer issues and coordinate internal actions as needed.
Experience required
A relevant degree‑level qualification.
3 years experience in a relevant role ideally from the aerospace / manufacturing sector.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
A strong track record of developing customer relationships.
Ability to work unsupervised in a rapidly growing organisation and respond quickly to requirements prioritising effectively.
Excellent inter‑personal skills to work collaboratively and effectively with stakeholders across the business.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (ideally SAP).
A proven track record in effectively managing an inside sales team.
Process driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
Analytical with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Fast learner able to rapidly build commercial / high‑level technical knowledge to ensure customer requirements are met.
Working hours Full‑time role working 37.5 hours per week. Monday‑Thursday from 8.15am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.15am to 12.45pm.
