As a
Regional Sales Manager
based in
the Field (Midlands and South)
you’ll be responsible for:
Driving sales of geotechnics and stormwater management product ranges through a technical, solutions-focused approach
Identifying and developing major accounts to maximise growth, while building a strong regional sales culture
Establishing and maintaining close relationships with customers, supply chain partners, and the branch network
Managing new and existing projects end-to-end, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and delivery
Providing product training and maintaining CRM accuracy to support the branch network and monitor the project pipeline
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and will be a field based role.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Solid knowledge of geosynthetics and water management solutions
Proven industry sales experience with a strong track record of results
Exceptional ability to build and maintain customer relationships while identifying new opportunities and markets
Strong organisational, communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated capability in managing complex issues and delivering sustainable outcomes
