International Property Media, headquartered in Chelmsford, is looking for a full-time Sales Manager to take ownership of our team of salespeople.
International Property Media is a globally active organisation established for 33 years, operating across the following fields: The International Property Awards, International Events and Luxury Magazine Publishing.

Job Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced sales professional with experience managing and leading a team of predominantly telesales professionals.
Role Responsibilities
Take overall control and responsibility for leading and motivating our sales team to maintain and improve performance and revenues.
Implement sales approaches and monitor activity levels, quality of pitches and staff performance.
Train new sales staff and involve with recruitment.
Ensure that our CRM system is used correctly and consistently by sales staff.
Report to directors regarding performance and improvement strategies.
Bring new ideas and approaches to our sales activities.
Ensure best practice approaches to working habits and techniques.
Become directly involved in sales where appropriate.
Requirements
Experience managing a team in a sales environment.
Good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge and understanding of CRM systems.
Proven track record of sales ability and success.
Knowledge of the property and real‑estate industry is an advantage.
In the long term, there may be opportunities for international travel depending on your performance and the ongoing world situation.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Band: £38,000 - £40,000 plus bonuses dependent on performance and hitting targets.
