About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and self‑directed Sales Specialist to join our specialised Agentic Solutions Team. This pivotal role focuses on developing a dedicated sales pipeline and providing subject‑matter expertise for our innovative, early‑stage “agentic” product portfolio.
As a sales specialist you will be partnered with Forward Engineers, acting as both a pioneer and catalyst, partnering closely with the core Account Executives, serving as the product expert to qualify opportunities, educate clients, and accelerate the adoption of this strategically important product line.
We have made incredible progress since commencing our Early Access Programme this June with a cohort of DeepLCustomers. We announced General Availability this November.
Responsibilities
Serve as the product subject‑matter expert for our agentic offering, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the product roadmap, technical capabilities, and value proposition
Develop and maintain in‑depth understanding of the agentic market, competitive landscape, and key industry trends to effectively position our solution in client discussions
Provide regular, structured client feedback and insights to the Product Team to inform development priorities and refine the go‑to‑market strategy
Build, qualify, and progress a dedicated agentic pipeline by supporting Account Managers on targeted accounts
Collaborate with and educate multiple stakeholders, including Account Managers and Business Development Representatives, on how to identify, qualify, and articulate the value of agentic solutions to their clients
Work effectively with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Forward Engineers, Customer Success) to ensure a seamless client experience
Required Qualifications And Experience
5 years+ selling in SaaS/AI sales environment, specialist experience preferred
Self‑motivated, resourceful, and capable of working with a high degree of autonomy
Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment where product and sales approaches are continuously evolving
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to advance complex sales opportunities
Strong interest in and ability to quickly understand the value proposition and technical concepts of AI, machine learning, or agentic technology
Personal Attributes
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results independently
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across different teams and cultures
Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous
