Search Manager (Hiring on Behalf of Our Client) £30K - £40K depending on years of experience

We are looking on behalf of our client for a
hands‑on Search Manager
to support the day‑to‑day management and optimisation of paid search activity across key client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly comfortable working in‑platform, executing changes, and ensuring campaigns deliver against performance goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience across both
Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising , with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage ongoing optimisation tasks efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day‑to‑day running of paid search accounts across Google and Microsoft platforms.
Execute in‑platform changes, including bid adjustments, keyword updates, ad copy changes, audience refinements, and budget reallocations.
Monitor campaign performance and action optimisations as directed by senior team members.
Run regular reports, analyse results, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure campaigns are set up and maintained to best‑practice standards.
Work closely with wider digital teams to support integrated performance objectives.
Maintain accurate documentation and share updates with internal stakeholders or clients as needed.
Stay up to date with platform updates, new features, and evolving best practices in paid search.
About You
Solid hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
Comfortable managing multiple accounts and handling day‑to‑day execution tasks.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and implement actionable changes.
Detail‑oriented, organised, and reliable when working at pace.
Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to take direction and follow optimisation guidance.
