My client is a warm and friendly creative agency that crafts design-led events and experiential marketing campaigns for global brands. They are looking for a 3D Creative Lead to join their London team and work across physical, hybrid, and digital activations delivered worldwide.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional creative vision and technical expertise who thrives on pushing boundaries and delivering impactful brand experiences.
About the Role As 3D Creative Lead, you will drive creative development for major brands on projects at events such as CES, Cannes Lions, and SXSW. You will translate briefs into buildable realities, present concepts to decision-makers, and guide teams through complex challenges. International travel will be essential to support global projects.
You will combine strategy, planning, and hands‑on design with expert‑level proficiency in leading software, ensuring ideas are both innovative and achievable.
Key Responsibilities
Lead creative development for experiential projects and new business pitches
Interpret briefs and deliver innovative spatial design and 3D visualisation
Present concepts internally and externally with clarity and confidence
Mentor senior and junior designers and freelancers
Partner with the Creative Director to elevate the agency’s creative output
Coordinate with production teams and suppliers, and make quick decisions on‑site
Ensure projects meet objectives while pushing creative boundaries
What They’re Looking For
Ten years or more experience in agency‑side creative experiential event production
Strong ability to visualise briefs from concept to final approval
Expert knowledge of Vectorworks, Cinema 4D and Adobe CS, with TwinMotion and / or Enscape as a very nice bonus
Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
Passion for design and brand storytelling, with a collaborative mindset
