Clarity . You will provide strategic guidance for our clients, translating complex challenges into clear, actionable plans that drive organic growth and align with business goals. You have a proven track record as an accomplished SEO professional with strong client-facing skills and the ability to combine strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Lead on larger client portfolios, defining and executing comprehensive SEO strategies.
GEO & AI Search Strategy:
Develop and implement Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies to help clients adapt to AI and conversational interfaces.
Client and Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless delivery and communication with the client services team.
Opportunity Identification:
Develop a proactive approach to identify new growth opportunities for clients.
Team Training & Development:
Assist SEO Leads in internal training, deliver sessions on advanced topics, and mentor junior team members.
Reporting & Analysis:
Provide actionable insights and analysis, interpreting performance to tell a story and identify commercial impact; contribute to improving reporting processes.
Thought Leadership:
Contribute to the agency's marketing objectives through blog posts, presentations, and other media.
Channel Leadership:
Support the London office in deploying and embedding our SEO proposition across the business and keeping methods cutting-edge.
Skills and Competencies
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a strategic SEO role.
Proven ability to lead and manage large, complex SEO projects from concept to completion.
Advanced proficiency with core SEO tools including
Semrush ,
Screaming Frog ,
GA4 , and
Google Search Console .
Strong ability to interpret complex data to identify trends, opportunities, and the commercial value of SEO.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, translating technical concepts into a clear, business-focused narrative.
