SENIOR ANALYTICS MANAGER (Marketing) - 12 Month FTC HYBRID - WATFORD - 3 days a week in the office THE COMPANY A multinational entertainment business is currently looking for a Senior Analytics Manager to lead their marketing effectiveness which has been crucial for the organisation's success over the past few years! THE ROLE As a Senior Analytics Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following: Leading a team of four econometricians, providing direction, mentoring, and delivery oversight Running the quarterly MMM process, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable outputs Partnering with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and Product to guide investment decisions Commissioning and embedding new analytics tools to improve marketing measurement Delivering recommendations to the Marketing Leadership Team and C-suite Driving ad-hoc analytics projects across brand, participation, and demographic insight Ensuring alignment with agencies on marketing performance narratives YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The business is open to two profiles: Econometrics Specialist
– Deep MMM expertise, potentially from an agency background, with the ability to translate technical outputs into commercial strategy. Marketing Analytics Specialist
– Broad channel knowledge, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and commercially focused decision-making. For both profiles, you must have: Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders, ideally at board level Hands-on involvement in marketing analytics projects Technical capability in SQL, Python, and/or R BENEFITS Salary of £80,000–£85,000 plus bonus, depending on experience 12-month fixed term contract Opportunity to influence a large marketing budget High-impact role contributing to the organisation’s goal of doubling returns to good causes within 10 years Seniority level
