This isn’t a “post and hope” kind of job. We’re looking for a content creator who gets it. Who understands rhythm, storytelling, and how to make everyday moments look cinematic. You’ll be Floor Street’s creative eyes and voice across TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels. Your mission? To tell stories that connect. From behind‑the‑scenes at HQ to full home transformations, we want someone who can make people feel the brand. If you love filming, editing, creating ideas on the spot, and telling stories that stop people mid‑scroll you’ll love this role. Key Responsibilities
Create high‑quality short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that showcase our products, people, and projects. Capture behind‑the‑scenes, day‑in‑the‑life, before‑and‑after stories, and brand moments that feel authentic and inspiring. Attend installs, customer homes, and showroom shoots to film real stories in action Help execute a consistent content calendar to support marketing campaigns and business goals. Edit content for maximum impact using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut. Jump on trends early and adapt them to the Floor Street tone clean, confident, premium, and real. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas, storyboards, and launches. Proactively pitch creative ideas, concepts, and trends relevant to our audience. Analyse what’s working, what’s not, and constantly push the creative boundaries. Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience creating successful content for TikTok, Instagram, or similar platforms. Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills. Confident using a phone or camera to capture high‑quality footage. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and think creatively. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Passion for design, interiors, home improvement, or lifestyle content (preferred but not essential). What We’re Looking For
Someone energetic, creative, and excited about growing a brand online. A storyteller first, not just a videographer. Confident shooting and editing your own content phone or camera, doesn’t matter. Obsessed with detail, lighting, and storytelling. Up‑to‑date with social media trends, music, and editing styles. Comfortable in front of the camera if needed personality matters. Independent, proactive, and driven by creativity and results. Passion for interiors, design, or home transformation is a huge plus. What We Offer
