Area Sales Manager
– Rygor Group (Covering Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall)
Salary : £45,000 with uncapped commission and OTE of £150,000
About the Role Your role will be to drive the sales of our three construction brands – Hyundai construction equipment, Mecalac dumpers & Dieci telehandlers – in a dynamic, field‑based environment. You will build on an existing customer base, exceed sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales leads through effective networking, referrals and prospecting.
Identify, penetrate and close business opportunities, including parts and service.
Prepare quotations and follow up, ensuring timely customer payments.
Monitor orders, escalating any lost‑order issues to minimise financial loss.
Consistently achieve sales and profitability targets.
Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers to ensure correct specifications.
Collaborate with sales admin, after‑sales and other departments to maximise productivity.
Develop and maintain a network of customer relationships.
Keep an accurate Rygor Plant CRM database of all customer contact details.
Address customer concerns promptly and find solutions that set us apart.
Identify opportunities to demonstrate products at key customer sites.
