Role Description We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to join our team on a full‑time basis at our Bolton facility. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales initiatives, build long‑term customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and develop plans to achieve revenue targets. This is an on‑site role, requiring collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities
Lead sales meetings.
Prepare sales reports.
Analyze market trends.
Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor the sales team to enhance team performance and productivity.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and identify growth opportunities.
Experience in customer relationship management and providing excellent client service.
Knowledge of the metalwork industry, manufacturing processes, or similar industrial domains is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and motivate teams.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on‑site at the Bolton location.
