A prestigious property investment firm in Leeds is searching for an ambitious Sales Manager to lead its team of Investment Sales Consultants. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with a proven background in property sales and team management to join a thriving, fast-paced business.
The Role As Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving performance, inspiring your team, and shaping sales strategies that deliver outstanding results. Your leadership will set the tone, motivate the team, and build a culture of success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Investment Sales Consultants.
Drive performance, ensuring team and individual targets are exceeded.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximise growth.
Provide training and mentoring to enhance team capability.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service.
Work closely with other departments to maximise revenue from shared leads and opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Extensive experience in the property sector.
Proven track record of managing and developing sales teams.
Strong leadership qualities - able to inspire, motivate, and lead from the front.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic, results-driven approach with commercial acumen.
What's in it for you
£40,000 - £50,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission structure - realistic OTE £100,000+ in year one
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
28 days' annual leave (inc. bank holidays)
3 bonus days off over the festive period
