UK Sales Account Executive – Global SaaS Tech for Legal Firms Ready to make the best career decision of your life. We are looking for a consultative, focused Sales Consultant who can prosper by creatively solving problems versus quick‑fire transactional selling. If you are comfortable with a forecasted £150 k OTE and are not geared up to maximise the full scale of the opportunities that await, this may not be a good match. If the prospect of earning £250 k excites and motivates you, then we are aligned and would love to hear from you.
The Role At a Glance UK Remote with travel to client meetings and periodic London meet‑ups.
£65 000 – £75 000 (£130 000 – £150 000 OTE) Uncapped. Plus great benefits & perks.

Skills & Ability
5 years SaaS sales experience.
Exposure to and knowledge of the legal industry (practice management software experience is a big plus).
Proven track record of IT/SaaS sales (meeting and exceeding targets).
Ability to assess customer needs and build strong, trusted relationships at all levels.
Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic.
Self‑directed and resourceful.
Strong technical aptitude and the desire to become deeply fluent in Actionstep's technology and the industry.
High energy and positive attitude.
Strong presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
Has the ability to research, identify, qualify, drive and close opportunities.
Able to work autonomously yet contribute effectively as a team player.
Experience using Salesforce CRM.
