for a full‑time, permanent position located at

Responsibilities
Registering buyers & applicants into an electronic database.
Scheduling accompanied viewings & engaging with clients.
Handling inbound leads through various property portals.
Providing constructive and informative feedback to vendors.
Generating and negotiating offers to get sales and lets agreed.
Qualifications & qualities
Previous sales experience.
Natural selling ability.
Excellent communication skills & customer service experience.
Articulate & a strong negotiator.
Background in estate agency would be beneficial.
