Role Description — Territory Sales Manager (South West England) This full-time, on-site role is responsible for driving commercial performance and expanding ROCAMED’s presence across the South West of England. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identify and convert sales opportunities, and consistently achieve sales targets for the company’s innovative urology product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders within secondary care.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across the assigned territory.
Deliver engaging training sessions and product demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted partner for all product-related enquiries.
Build strong product expertise to support informed, consultative discussions with clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, clinical, and operations—to execute effective territory and account strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support strategic sales planning.
Travel throughout the region to meet clients, attend appointments, and support key accounts.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven success in Sales or Sales Management, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience delivering training or product demonstrations within a healthcare setting.
Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to implement effective sales strategies.
Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
Knowledge of the medical device industry—particularly Endourology—is highly advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 1–2 years of medical device sales experience within secondary care (not pharmaceutical sales).
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
