£25,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE approx £45,000).
With experience you could earn £50,000–£70,000 a year.
Overview This door-to-door sales role requires a minimum of one year's sales experience and a drive to earn big. You’ll knock on doors, connect with new customers, and treat your patch like your own business.
What You’ll Be Doing Out knocking on doors and converting conversations into customers. You’ll understand customer needs, explain how Virgin Media O2 can improve their lives, follow up on leads you create, and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of sales experience
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work 12–8pm shifts
Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people
Resilient, motivated, and target-driven
Positive can‑do attitude and hunger to earn
