Job Summary The Keystone Solution Sales Specialist (SSP) for UKI leads and drives sales initiatives for Keystone solutions across the UKI, developing strategic plans, managing key accounts and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The SSP works closely with NetApp Sales teams, Keystone Go To Market leaders, the Keystone Business Unit and NetApp Business Desk to manage customer proposals that generate Keystone revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate a leading-by-example approach: qualify opportunities, create credibility and influence the sales team.
Provide training and development for UKI field sales teams, equipping them with skills and knowledge to pursue new business opportunities.
Mentor and coach sales teams as they transition from overlays to enablement leaders and eventually to new logo hunters.
Drive a cultural shift within the organization, encouraging a mindset that embraces new challenges and business opportunities.
Job Requirements
Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas, ideally in technology services or XaaS models.
Strong skills in solution selling, account management and new business development (sales hunting).
Experience mentoring, training and enabling sales teams.
Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product teams.
Solid understanding of storage technologies, cloud services and how technology solutions address business needs.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) required.
Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA preferred.
Minimum six years’ experience in sales or business development, with at least six years in technology services sales.
