Junior Sales Representative We are seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Bring some experience in sales and a genuine interest in healthcare. Prior experience in the sector is an advantage but not essential.
Proactive, energetic, and motivated to learn. This is a high commission‑based role with uncapped earning potential. Full sales training will be provided, including sector‑specific knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients daily via phone and email.
Sourcing and qualifying leads through our proven strategy.
Arranging initial conversations with clients about our services.
Working alongside a senior sales team member to learn the process.
Scheduling in‑person meetings for senior sales members.
Progressing toward managing the full sales cycle independently.
Requirements
Confident engaging with senior management.
Proactive approach with enthusiasm to grow in the role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Results‑driven with a proactive mindset.
Strong desire to work in sales.
