About the position

Executive Search Recruitment Consultant
Location:
33 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0PW – 5 days in office Mon‑Fri
This is an entry‑level position suitable for recent graduates or those with no prior Recruitment experience.
You will be working in a 360 Recruitment role, with focus on permanent placements in the US market. The market specialism will be dependent on business & team.
Responsibilities
Identify and win new clients across your sector and maintain long‑term partnerships.
Effectively manage end‑to‑end Executive search assignments – from client briefing through to placement; manage interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.
Conduct in‑depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and stay up‑to‑date with industry trends.
Consistently hit personal billing targets and KPIs while contributing to wider team success.
Keep the CRM & databases updated.
