Our client is a globally renowned executive search firm with offices in London, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Since establishing their London office in 2004, they have become a trusted partner to some of the world’s most respected financial institutions. They specialise in placing senior and executive talent across Compliance, Risk, Legal, Financial Crime, and ESG, working with firms such as HSBC, Goldman Sachs, and Standard Chartered.
This role offers the chance to develop deep market knowledge, work alongside experienced consultants, and build a meaningful career advising influential decision‑makers across international markets.

The Role
Research and identify senior and executive-level talent
Build long-term professional relationships with candidates and clients
Collaborate with the Head of Consulting to support high-level search mandates
Conduct market mapping and industry research to understand trends and talent movements
Manage candidates through the entire executive search lifecycle
Maintain accurate internal records and project documentation
Network extensively to grow your industry presence and knowledge

About You
University degree (2:1 or above)
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ambitious, professional, and self-motivated
