About the Role We're seeking a proactive Client Service Executive to join a growing Property After Sales team. You'll support clients purchasing off-plan investment properties, managing the journey from post-exchange through to completion and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Act as main point of contact for buyers post-exchange
Liaise with brokers, developers, surveyors, agents, and suppliers
Coordinate valuations, snagging reports, and furniture installations
Raise invoices and purchase orders for works and furniture
Manage and resolve client queries and complaints
Support the After Sales Manager as required
About You
Sales experience (essential)
Property experience (preferred)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator and team player
Comfortable with basic financial administration
What 's on Offer
Competitive salary (£26,000-£28,000 DOE)
