Salary & Remuneration
Competitive basic salary of £29,545.40
Uncapped commission – 85% of our team took home £50,000 OTE last year, and our top earners exceeded £65,000
Remote working available after 3‑6 months
Sociable working hours Mon – Fri 08:30 am – 05:00 pm
Realistic and achievable targets designed to be met
Responsibilities We keep it simple: you’ll be on a dialler making over 60 warm calls a day. Our customers will be ready to speak within days of placing their orders online. You’ll discover why they bought a new appliance, establish a need, and sell the AO Care insurance plan—giving them peace of mind while you hit your targets.
You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume sales environment where most of the team makes at least 10 sales a day. You’ll take a consultative approach, using your experience to secure the best results for both the customer and our business.
Qualifications
Currently working in a like‑for‑like, fast‑paced sales environment
Drive to hit goals, both in and out of work
Highly money‑motivated, enthusiastic about weekly sales targets
Strong resilience and a positive mindset – turning past failures into lessons for success
Exceptional sales ability with effective fact‑finding and passionate pitching
Confidently communicate your sales experience throughout the recruitment process
