Content Creator (Bilingual English/German) Join Social Element, a full‑service global social media agency that helps brands grow by earning a place in people’s lives through our unique methodology: Social Currency.
We’re looking for a creative Content Creator to join our Creative & Innovation team for Europe. The role is fully remote with occasional travel.
Opportunity As a social‑first Content Creator, you’ll channel your creativity and copywriting skills to craft eye‑catching content, elevate a client’s social presence, and grow their audience across leading platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
What You’ll Do
Social content creation & copywriting: ideate, design, and write bilingual (English/German) assets – stills, carousels, reels, stories, captions – for TikTok, Instagram, and other channels.
Trend & culture leadership: stay ahead of UK and German cultural trends and insert brands into timely conversations.
Content planning & scheduling: build and maintain a coherent calendar, coordinate scheduling and ensure all creative is approved and legal‑checked before posting.
Performance monitoring & reporting: monitor performance, extract insights, and contribute to monthly and quarterly reports with actionable recommendations.
Collaboration: work closely with Creative, Strategy, Engagement, and Social teams to align content with campaign objectives and business goals.
Agile creation: create low‑fi or high‑quality assets quickly using your own footage, client image libraries, or existing assets.
Client communication & upselling: present ideas confidently to clients and support the Client Partner in identifying new content opportunities.
Social listening: surf relevant social insights and community trends for future planning.
About You
Native or advanced fluency in German and English with excellent bilingual copywriting skills.
Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms; social is your digital native language.
Adept at capturing a unique brand tone of voice and adapting for different personas and markets.
Trend‑obsessed, proactive, always spotting what’s next.
Confident working independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with superb attention to detail.
Comfortable with scheduling/content‑management tools (e.g., Sprinklr) and the full Google Suite.
Excellent communication, managing multiple tasks and stakeholders at all levels.
Flexible, adaptable, and passionately curious about digital and social.
Strong creative eye for what works natively on each platform; portfolio of social‑first content required.
Competent in video production/editing (DSLR or mobile, After Effects, CapCut or similar).
Eager to learn new technologies and apply them creatively.
Requirements
Experience in social media content creation, copywriting, motion design, or related roles.
Portfolio showcasing bilingual (English/German) work across multiple media.
Track record producing/ideating for TikTok, Instagram; Pinterest, X, Facebook, YouTube is a plus.
Solid experience with scheduling, content planning, and reporting tools.
Experience presenting creative ideas to clients and/or internal stakeholders.
Experience with large, multi‑market clients is a bonus.
