Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for capturing, producing, and managing creative photo and video content that reflects the energy and sophistication of the brand across all digital platforms. The position involves hands‑on content creation, from filming and editing to curating social media posts and maintaining brand consistency across online channels. The role also supports broader marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, website updates, and creative collateral — ensuring all visuals align with CÉ LA VI’s premium hospitality identity. Content Creation & Social Media
With guidance from the Marketing Manager, plan, shoot and edit outstanding photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook. Capture real‑time footage and photography at events, launches and brand activations. Produce engaging, trend‑led short‑form videos and UGC‑style content. Develop and deliver a monthly content calendar with the Marketing Manager. Write sharp, brand‑aligned captions and social copy. Publish and schedule posts, monitor performance and compile reports. Respond to comments, messages and interactions to grow community engagement. Campaign & Brand Support
Assist the Marketing Manager with campaigns, admin and performance reporting. Support new menu launches, PR activations and brand campaigns. Help prepare presentations, campaign recaps and marketing decks. Contribute creative ideas for collaborations, content series and experiences. Work closely with internal teams to deliver photos, videos and marketing materials. Website & Digital Content
Update website visuals and event pages with new imagery and campaigns. Ensure online platforms reflect current brand activity. Graphic Design & Visual Branding
Assist with light design tasks (menus, posters, templates, decks, collateral). Keep all creative output aligned with brand guidelines. Organise and maintain the digital content library. Required Education & Experience
Experience in a creative or digital content role, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle or luxury. Excellent videography and photography skills – both camera and mobile. Skilled in Premiere Pro (or similar), Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, etc. Confident visual storyteller with strong editing ability. Basic design skills (Illustrator or InDesign). Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok and emerging trends. Organised, proactive and able to handle multiple projects. Flexible for some evening and weekend events. Passionate about food, nightlife, music and premium hospitality. Seniority level
