Role Overview As the Digital Content Manager, you will take ownership of content creation and execution across websites and organic social media platforms. This hands‑on role involves writing, planning, and delivering high‑quality, engaging content that drives performance for our clients. You will collaborate with the internal team to ensure messaging aligns with business goals, while tracking content success through key performance metrics.
Requirements Core Skill Requirements
Content Creation: Create compelling, tailored organic social media content that drives engagement and visibility. Ensure all written content aligns with client brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Content Strategy & Planning: Plan and execute quarterly organic social media calendars, including ideation and scheduling. Contribute to website content strategies that align with SEO goals and target audience needs. Identify content opportunities, trends, and key topics relevant to our industry.
Execution & Delivery: Schedule and publish organic social content across platforms. Monitor and engage with organic social media activity, responding to comments and messages as required.
Performance & Reporting: Track and report on organic content and social media performance, including traffic, reach, engagement, and other KPIs. Use insights to refine future content and improve overall performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative and client services, to ensure seamless content execution and alignment with marketing goals.
General Deliverables And Responsibilities
Ensure timely delivery of all website and organic social content.
Maintain high standards of written content, focusing on quality, clarity, and value to the audience.
Stay up‑to‑date with trends in content marketing and social media.
Provide performance updates and actionable insights to the Senior Leadership Team and clients where necessary.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in content and organic social media management.
Proven experience delivering & managing organic social platforms.
Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media scheduling tools.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, organic engagement tactics, and content performance metrics.
Experience working in the aesthetics or medical industry.
