Responsibilities
Launch and manage top‑of‑funnel multimedia campaigns that create demand and improve downstream performance.
Collaborate with content creators and contribute directly to the creative and editorial process.
Build and grow a customer testimonial program that highlights real success stories and turns customers into authentic advocates.
Work closely with the performance marketing team to provide the assets needed to launch top‑of‑funnel campaigns on their channels.
Experiment with different content types and distribution tactics, share findings, and influence wider strategy.
Essential Qualifications
Comfortable working at pace, prioritising effectively, and delivering high‑quality work quickly.
A love of words and a passion for creating engaging content, from short‑form to long‑form.
Experience building and executing top‑of‑funnel marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and authority.
Ability to understand the audience, identify trends, and use insights to inform long‑term content strategy.
Confidence in reaching out to business owners and persuasive skills to encourage participation in the customer testimonial program.
Strong project management and organisational skills, managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating content targeted at small businesses.
Basic experience with video, audio, or graphic design tools such as Figma.
Strong understanding of brand positioning and maintaining brand consistency across channels.
Salary £45,000 – £70,000, with flexibility and a salary goals discussion.
