The Person We Are Looking For You are passionate about audio and you know what it takes to bring stories to life through engaging sound. You already have experience of working on incredible audio productions having worked in a similar producer role at a studio, production company, platform or brand.
You’ll be working on some of the biggest immersive audio projects for the biggest platforms, so you’ll understand the full audio production process, including formats such as binaural and Dolby Atmos.
You’ll be an organised and dedicated person with great communication skills. You’re a psychic problem solver - foreseeing issues before they happen and always rolling your sleeves up when things require a full team effort.
You are a pro‑active individual that can see projects through from initial briefing to final delivery. You have experience with voice casting, the sound design process and have a diplomatic approach to handling and relaying feedback.

Key Responsibilities
Construct quotes and manage third‑party costs, with a keen eye on project margins
Cast and negotiate fees with voice talent- through VO agents and direct relationships with artists
Schedule remote recordings and source third‑party studios when needed
Manage the production of Dolby Atmos projects from quoting to delivery
Running multi‑cast recordings, including ensemble‑style group sessions
Create production timelines and manage milestones to ensure timely project delivery
Schedule and brief recording engineers and sound designers to ensure sufficient studio time is allocated
Conduct music searches and ensure appropriate usage licences are in place
A minimum of 3 years experience as a long‑form audio producer, with a background in either audio drama, creative podcasts or similar immersive content
Display a proven history of audio content production, including immersive formats
Experience creating and building strong, long‑term client relationships
An interest in a fast paced working environment - no two days are the same!
A high level of organisational skills and experience with managing multiple detailed timelines at once
A keen ear for good audio with excellent attention to detail
Ability to problem solve and work under pressure
Good level of experience of using Apple Macs, Google docs, Workspace Apps and Microsoft Office
A good understanding of cost‑tracking and profit margins
Confident and calm under pressure
Able to work in the office 4 days a week. Remote working 1 day a week
Must be eligible to work in the UK

A basic understanding of musical principles
Existing relationships with voice agents/independent talent
Existing relationships with content owners, publishers or platforms
A network of freelance sound engineers and composers
Working Hours / Requirements This role is based onsite at our studios on Tottenham Court Road, a minimum of 4 days a week, with a day from home where applicable - pending project requirements.
9am - 6pm with occasional evening work or early starts pending needs of a project and willingness to attend client and networking events.
Ability to travel occasionally.

Competitive - based on experience
25 days leave per annum, with 3 to be taken between Christmas & New Year. This entitlement is in addition to the usual 8 UK bank and public holidays.
