We’re looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Assistant Manager to support the execution of a global social media and communications strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic, award-winning design environment, collaborating with international teams to amplify creative storytelling across multiple platforms.
The Role:
You’ll play a key role in implementing social media initiatives, assisting in content creation, managing day-to-day platform activity, and supporting performance analysis. Working closely with the Senior Social Media & Communications Manager, you’ll help foster meaningful engagement and build a vibrant online community.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and curating high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, reels, infographics).
Manage posting schedules across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and podcast platforms.
Support social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all content.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and help grow community interaction.
Gather social media metrics and contribute to performance reporting.
Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
Maintain a content calendar and assist with event coverage for global exhibitions.
Support podcast production and paid media activities.
Skills & Experience:
2–3 years’ experience in a social media assistant or coordinator role.
Strong knowledge of Instagram and other key platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic content production software.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
