Key Responsibilities
Lead data‑driven digital marketing across web, app, email, and paid platforms.
Plan and optimise
Meta, Google, and TikTok
campaigns to achieve strong ROI.
Use analytics to improve digital journeys and report actionable insights.
Manage budgets and performance with the Head of Marketing.
Oversee content calendars and ensure integrated, on‑brand campaigns.
Inspire creativity and innovation within the marketing team.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in digital marketing (sport, entertainment, or consumer sectors ideal).
Proven success in
paid social, PPC, and acquisition campaigns .
Strong skills in
data analytics, reporting, and ROI optimisation .
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational abilities.
A proactive, strategic mindset with both analytical and creative flair.
