*What You'll Do*
* *Diagnose and treat *a wide range of dental conditions, including diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and oral tissues.
* *Perform clinical treatments *such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and other restorative and preventive services.
* *Educate patients* on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
* *Formulate and implement treatment plans *based on individual patient needs.
* *Administer anesthetics* to ensure patient comfort during procedures.
* *Maintain accurate patient records* and complete all required documentation in compliance with clinical protocols.
* *Collaborate with the dental team* to ensure efficient scheduling, patient satisfaction, and achievement of office production and collection goals.
* *Participate in ongoing professional development,* including mentorship meetings, continuing education, and performance reviews to support growth and clinical excellence.
*What You'll Have*
*Education & Licensure:*
* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school; valid state dental license; compliance with continuing education requirements.
*Clinical Proficiency:*
* Skilled in a wide range of general dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
*Diagnostic & Treatment Planning:*
* Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop accurate, personalized treatment plans using visual exams, x-rays, and other tools.
*Patient-Centered Care:*
* Demonstrates empathy, clear communication, and the ability to build trust with patients to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
*Infection Control & Risk Management:*
* Adheres to strict infection control protocols and remains calm and effective in managing dental emergencies.
*Team Collaboration & Leadership:*
* Works well within a team environment, leading and supporting dental staff to ensure smooth operations and high standards of care.
*Time Management & Organization:*
* Manages multiple patients efficiently while maintaining accuracy in clinical documentation and patient records.
