Davis & Young is an AV-rated law firm proudly serving the Greater Cleveland community. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Litigation Attorney to work closely with our Managing Partners on a variety of matters, including:
· General Civil Litigation
· Insurance Law
· Employment & Labor Law
· Construction Law
· Professional & Specialized Litigation

· Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
· Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, paired with strong interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite along with the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
*Job Responsibilities:*
· Analyze claims, conduct legal research, and prepare motions, correspondence, discovery, and other case management documents.
· Appear in court as required.
· Provide strategic legal insight, counsel, and recommendations on relevant industry trends.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Work both independently and collaboratively with managing partners.

*Education and Experience Requirements:*
· Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
· Active license to practice in Ohio (required).
· 0–3 years of legal experience preferred; labor and employment law experience a plus.
