Salary Circa £35,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working 2‑3 days per week on‑site due to workload classification
Security Clearance British Citizen. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. After offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity
Based at our Bristol office with the flexibility to travel to other UK sites
Collation, distribution and management of general reviews – outputs / actions / observations
Support the domain utilising the Systems Engineering tool‑set, including:
Setting up projects
Creating / maintaining user groups
Managing permissions
Issue resolution
Support the Missile Design UK (MDUK) Capability Manager, in liaison with Function Heads, in activities such as:
Conduct MDUK Capability reviews
Collation of strategic investment best practice guidance
Creation of a MBDA engineering guidance (pilot with the wider Missile Design functions)
Division wide deployment of MDUK new starter process
Supporting Technology Managers to understand how to prepare the division / business with new technologies
Be a key member within the UK Support Function and participate in engagement activities
Share best practice and knowledge within the UK Support Function and offer guidance and training to team members
Participate and progress on UK Support Function personal development initiatives – to be accountable for own self‑learning and development
Any other adhoc technical administration duties
What we’re looking for from you
Demonstrate an ability to prioritise tasks to achieve results in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Meticulous approach to tasks, with a positive attitude, ability to multi‑task, be proactive and accountable
Self‑motivated with the ability to adapt to changing environments, evolving technologies, tools and processes
Great team ethic and the ability to interface and build close working relationships with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally
Effectively collate data, analyse and present findings in an engaging manner
Forward thinking, looking to improve efficiencies in working practices, processes and engagement activities
High level of proficiency in Microsoft packages and the ability to identify, implement and utilise specialist tools and software to streamline tasks and provide technical support and training to the domain (training will be provided on specialist tools and software)
Demonstrate courage and influencing skills whilst promoting MBDA company values and behaviours
Professional demeanour in all situations and able to withhold confidential information
Willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description
