The Digital Marketing Manager role Digital Strategy & Execution: Lead SEO and PPC to drive conversions and revenue.
Feed into social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn) and email marketing to optimise reach, engagement and conversion
Analytics & Reporting: Track performance using key metrics (CPA, ROAS, AOV), create dashboards, and report ROI to stakeholders.
Budget Management: Manage digital budgets and work closely with Sales/Operations to hit revenue targets.
Website Optimization: Collaborate with agencies on UX, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization.
Influencer Campaigns: Manage relationships with food, drink, and hospitality influencers to drive engagement and conversions.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, PPC, SEO, and email marketing.
Strong data analysis skills, with experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Experience with AI tools, BI platforms like Looker Studio or Power BI is a plus.
A genuine passion for the Harts Group brands and the hospitality industry.
