Key Details Job Title:
Enterprise Security Architect Salary: £90,440 – £106,400 (dependent on experience and location) Locations: Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh or London Hours: Full time Working Pattern: Hybrid – 40% (or two days) in an office site
Responsibilities
Define target state for security architectural capabilities and solve complex architectural problems
Conduct research & development with other security teams to keep the architecture ahead of challenges and the Group’s technology transformation agenda
Describe and manage the complexity of the Group’s Enterprise Security Architecture and associated interlocks
Lead strategic change within the Group; shape and supervise security initiatives
Communicate closely with security teams and senior customers to ensure architectures deliver desired business outcomes
Produce artefacts and lead delivery dates, ensuring integration into the bank’s reference architecture and Group Security Architecture
Qualifications / Requirements
Diverse knowledge across security domains with a focus on Application Security and Threat Modelling
Experience leading major security strategic change initiatives and ensuring architectural objectives are achieved
Ability to develop cybersecurity domain architecture that is business enabling and optimises maturity of the Group’s cyber defences
Strong understanding of multi‑ and hybrid‑cloud environments and how Enterprise Security Architecture secures them
Capability to view problems from multiple perspectives and solve sophisticated, enterprise‑wide challenges
Provide line management to solution architects and support change delivery teams to ensure value delivery
