Who You Are: Required
Bachelors degree in data science, Information Systems, HR Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience in data analytics, HRIS support, or similar technical role. Strong SQL proficiency and experience with at least one additional language (Python, R, or similar). Hands?on experience with enterprise HRIS platforms. Experience designing data models, integrations, and API?based data flows. Strong analytical thinking, problem?solving skills, and attention to detail. Experience creating dashboards and reports using modern BI tools
Preferred
Prior experience working with Dayforce reporting tools (Data API, Payroll/HR modules, Dayforce Insights). Experience in HR analytics (turnover modeling, labor cost forecasting, headcount planning). Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Knowledge of HR processes such as payroll, recruiting, benefits, and performance management.
Physical Requirements:
Frequently operates a computer and other office equipment. Occasionally required to move within the office and attend events. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
