Responsibilities
You will help our clients understand and explore how, where and why to apply new digital technologies & platforms.
Advise, design and deliver excellent products and services for our clients to transform their businesses and deliver real value.
Play a pivotal role in end‑to‑end user‑centred design projects, working between design, product, development and test.
Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary Agile Scrum team, translating problems or requirements into user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
Be highly customer focused, build stakeholder relationships, and use analytical thinking, problem‑solving and communication skills to help achieve the Scrum team’s goals.
Profile
Experience in user‑centred product or service development projects.
Experience working in a multi‑disciplinary Agile Scrum team, facilitating and supporting end‑to‑end delivery.
Experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.
Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Ability to serve as intermediary between business requirements and user needs, and between waterfall and Agile delivery.
Proficiency with requirements capturing tools such as JIRA.
Experience in technical business analysis with familiarity of architectural concepts such as microservices, legacy architecture, APIs and cloud infrastructure.
Aptitude for building collaborative stakeholder relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
Support and lead Scrum team activities and ceremonies.
Analytical thinking, problem‑solving and communication skills.
Optional experience across Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Consumer Products and Retail; internal operations support (recruitment, client development, line management, training, mentoring); certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, and User‑Centred Design.
