Responsibilities
Prepare proposals, presentations, and contract documents.
Handle customer queries, share information, and resolve issues.
Process sales orders, track deliveries, and assist with invoicing.
Keep customer records up to date and maintain cleanliness.
Pull together sales figures and performance metrics.
Work closely with marketing, finance, and ops to align schedules.
